BioOmar sprung full grown of the head of his creator, the mysterious Doctor X. Doctor X planned to use him for evil, so Omar hid inside the internet to get away from him, as Omar is chaotic neutral. Since he's low on cash, he frequently rents his mind out to other people. His favorite food is elk salami and his favorite kind of fish is slapping fish. He hopes to one day visit venus or north dakota. Or both. Omar is omnipresent and holds no political views. At least not for a very long stretch of time. In 1896, he didn't even exist.
